Service estimates

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may adjust if the scope of work changes once the tech is on site — we'll always confirm with you first.

Warranty

All workmanship is warrantied for 10 years from completion. Springs supplied by Constructions carry a lifetime warranty for the original homeowner. Openers carry the manufacturer warranty plus 2 years of parts and labor we provide at no additional cost.

Cancellations

No cancellation fee with at least 4 hours' notice. Diagnostic fees, when applicable, are waived if you proceed with service.

Limitation of liability

We carry $2M general liability and full workers' comp coverage. Our maximum liability for any single claim is the amount paid for the job in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes are resolved in Los Angeles County Superior Court.
